Job Description
The Retail Sales Dept. Business Support / Logistics Staff - Bilingual role involves managing data entry, document processing, and shipment handling alongside our customs agent. The position requires daily reporting with tracking, tracing, and updating the status of shipments & PSI (Purchase, Sales & Inventory). You will oversee inventory levels, ensure adequate stock availability, analyze data to identify improvement areas, and control logistics costs such as transportation, warehousing, and inventory holding costs.
Salary
$45K - $60K per year.
Qualifications
- Staff level/0-2 years experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Knowledge of import processes
- Verbal and written English communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office programs
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bilingual in Korean and English
