Job Description

The Logistics Business Operator - Bilingual (Korean/English) is responsible for monitoring and managing the entire process of product movement via air, ocean, and land transportation. The role includes tracking shipments, reporting monthly on supply chain KPIs, liaising daily with customers, carriers, and internal staff, and developing performance metrics for evaluating internal and external supply chain operations.

• Monitor and manage product movement across air, ocean, and land.
• Track shipments and report monthly KPIs for supply chain.
• Collaborate with customers, carriers, and internal teams daily.
• Develop and analyze performance metrics to optimize logistics.
• Maintain accurate logs, resolve discrepancies, and ensure documentation accessibility.

Additional duties include analyzing cost-effective transportation methods, coordinating with site managers, and performing ad-hoc reporting as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 3-5+ years of experience in logistics and freight forwarding
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Highly organized with multi-tasking ability
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Korean bilingual required
• Ability to travel up to 10% within the U.S.
