Job Description

The Logistic Business Operation Project Coordinator will:

• Monitor and manage end-to-end product movement via air, ocean, and land/trucking.
• Track shipments across multiple channels and report monthly on KPI's for the supply chain.
• Liaise daily with customers, carriers, and internal staff.
• Develop performance metrics for evaluating internal and external supply chain performances.
• Maintain documentation and resolve discrepancies related to logistics operations.
• Coordinate with site managers to assure effective operations and perform ad-hoc reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1-3+ years of logistics experience, including freight forwarding and strategy planning.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to travel up to 10% in the U.S.
