Job Description

The Logistic Business Operation Mgmt Support role involves system management, cost management, and operational support in an innovation driven environment.

System Management & Reporting:
  • Manage and utilize the systems.
  • Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports for leadership.
Cost Management & Improvement:
  • Document and track operational fixed and variable costs to establish P&L performance.
  • Research alternate vendors and cost-reduction opportunities.
  • Develop and implement productivity planning and tracking tools.
Operation Support (Innovation):
  • Analyze forecasts, simulations, and productivity.
  • Support developing & implementing solutions.
  • Produce various reports and statistics daily, weekly, and monthly for team leaders.
  • Metric reporting for KPI’s.
Additional Support:
  • Act as the point of contact for visitors and external clients.
  • Liaise with senior administrative assistants for senior management requests.
  • Support project management/warehouse operation set-up.

Salary

$24 - $28 per year (DOE)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in the business field preferred.
  • Proven experience in billing, purchasing, and administrative support.
  • Experience with billing systems and procedures is a plus.
  • Experience/knowledge of logistics operations is a plus.
  • Bilingual in Korean and English preferred.
