Opportunity

We are looking for a Support Services Analyst to join our Group Business Enablement team. In this role, you will be the functional backbone for the Everyday Rewards (EDR) and My Dan Murphy’s Loyalty Programs, ensuring millions of customers enjoy seamless, personalized experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Act as Functional Analyst managing RTL, LMS and Communication platform incidents.
  • Lead post-incident reviews and root-cause analysis to prevent recurrences.
  • Create sophisticated RTL and LMS campaigns aligning technical execution with requirements.
  • Support teams through User Acceptance Testing and Business Verification Testing.
  • Maintain robust documentation using Promapp and Confluence.
