What You’ll Do
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting project operations within Primary Connect:
- Support Portfolio, Program, and Project Managers with essential governance deliverables and general project-related administrative tasks.
- Assist with financial management and reporting for a large and complex portfolio.
- Coordinate and support project meetings, including scheduling, coordination, and accurate minute-taking, aligning with key program milestones and workshop preparations.
- Manage various team administrative tasks and processes such as invoicing, new starter onboarding, routine reporting, diary management, and team event coordination.
- Contribute to the development of best practice project management approaches and methodologies, including the creation of relevant, timely reports on project health.
- Ensure that project governance frameworks are consistently up-to-date and diligently applied across all activities.
What You’ll Bring
To succeed as a Project Coordinator, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
- A keen interest in project management and a desire to develop a long-term career path in this field.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all reporting and follow-through on tasks.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Google Suite tools (or equivalent Windows applications), including the ability to build effective slide presentations.
- Previous experience in financial management (e.g., cost management, using SAP, Ariba, or similar systems).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for clear and effective interactions.
- Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders, building and maintaining productive relationships.
