About the Role: Online Assistant
In this role, you will be responsible for picking and packing orders accurately, efficiently, and safely for online customers. You will also communicate with other departments regarding stock availability, substitutions, and other customer inquiries. A strong commitment to Health and Safety for yourself and others is paramount.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have a customer-focused mindset and understand good customer service. You should be able to make customer-first decisions aligned with company processes and systems, work well within a team, and communicate effectively. This role requires a willingness to be on your feet for the duration of your shift and a friendly, welcoming attitude.
