About the Role
The Content Operations Specialist role at Woolworths Group is a pivotal hybrid position within the Customer Identity & Personalisation Tribe. You will shape the digital experience for millions of Australians by executing complex personalisation campaigns and empowering internal teams through training and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Super User to launch personalised experiences using Adobe Target, Contentful, and Adobe Experience Manager.
- Champion A/B testing and use web/app analytics to optimise campaign performance.
- Design and deliver training sessions on content workflows and tools.
- Provide first-line operational support and troubleshoot user issues.
- Create and maintain "How-to" guides and best practice documentation.
What You’ll Bring
- At least five years of experience in digital content operations.
- A passion for customer focus and data-driven decision making.
- Strong strategic vision to link customer experiences with commercial outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills and technical fluency in Adobe suite tools.
- A commitment to quality and precise digital execution.
