About the Role

The Content Operations Specialist role at Woolworths Group is a pivotal hybrid position within the Customer Identity & Personalisation Tribe. You will shape the digital experience for millions of Australians by executing complex personalisation campaigns and empowering internal teams through training and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the Super User to launch personalised experiences using Adobe Target, Contentful, and Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Champion A/B testing and use web/app analytics to optimise campaign performance.
  • Design and deliver training sessions on content workflows and tools.
  • Provide first-line operational support and troubleshoot user issues.
  • Create and maintain "How-to" guides and best practice documentation.

What You’ll Bring

  • At least five years of experience in digital content operations.
  • A passion for customer focus and data-driven decision making.
  • Strong strategic vision to link customer experiences with commercial outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills and technical fluency in Adobe suite tools.
  • A commitment to quality and precise digital execution.
