About the Role

Woolf is looking for a talented and user-centered Product Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional user experiences and an eye for design detail. You will own UX across digital products from discovery and user research to high-fidelity designs.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and iterate on user-centered experiences for web and mobile platforms
  • Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, and analytics
  • Develop user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
  • Translate complex product requirements into elegant, accessible UI
  • Advocate for UX best practices, accessibility standards, and inclusive design
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure high-quality design
  • Define and track UX success metrics to improve product usability
  • Stay current on UX/UI trends, tools, and emerging technologies

What You Bring

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UX/UI or product design
  • Proven experience in user research and usability testing
  • Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems
  • Strong visual design skills: typography, color theory, layout, interaction design
  • Understanding of UX strategy, information architecture, and interaction patterns
  • Solid knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles
  • A compelling portfolio that demonstrates deep UX thinking and polished UI design
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience working in agile product development teams
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced environments

Contract Structure & Compensation

This is an Independent Contractor role. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and benefits as per local regulations.
