Property Administration Officer

Women’s Safety Services SA (WSSSA) is a leading provider of support services for women and children experiencing domestic & family violence. The Role

WSSSA is seeking an experienced and team-focused Property Administration Officer based at our Accommodation Program located in the outer Northern Suburbs. The Property Administration Officer is accountable for the effective and efficient administration of properties at our accommodation sites, including coordination of property intakes, inspections, vacancy related processes, implementing lease agreements, and managing ongoing rental payments. The role will also be responsible for coordinating the purchase of supplies for office and accommodation facilities, and for the provision of other administrative support for the site.

This position is initially being offered on a full-time basis until January 2027.

About You

To be considered for this position, you will have significant experience in property administration and/or property coordination, and a sound understanding of tasks associated with property intakes such as lease coordination, rental payments, and property inspections. Other requirements include:

  • A qualification in Administration, Finance or related and/or experience commensurate with the position.
  • Ability to coordinate and physically assist with unit set ups and intakes.
  • Experience working with clients and building positive relationships with client groups.
  • Sound Administration skills, including competency in the use of the full MS suite of products.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, high empathy, and able to support clients of diverse backgrounds.
  • A current full Australian driver’s licence, and be eligible for, or hold a DHS Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance.
