ESS Application Engineering Intern

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Edit and refine customer-faced technical documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Gather and analyze market information, delivering insightful analysis to support business decisions.
  • Develop application tools to facilitate engineering daily support.
  • Assist in understanding and applying industry certifications and standards to project and processes.
  • Support technical documentation matrix during project support.
  • Utilize data analysis skills to interpret technical and market data effectively.
  • Develop a professional understanding of electrical engineering or systems engineering principles.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow as an expert in the energy storage industry.

Asset Manager

This vital role is responsible for two critical programs in Sungrow Service: Service Project Management and Warranty/Out-of-Warranty Work Program. You are expected to lead and manage cross-company teams to drive timely execution of warranty claims and implement and monitor Service-related work scopes as the Project manager responsible for customer communication, commercial P&L, and technical liaison. As the lead for the Service teams, engage with internal departments and business lines and take appropriate follow-up actions to validate warranty work, execute expeditious and efficient claims response, and also recover out-of-warranty costs while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, all the while reporting on progress to senior management and provide analysis, insights, and trends to reduce warranty cost while achieving customer success.

PMP Planner and Scheduler

Your focus will be on developing effective planning and scheduling our service teams, ensuring they deliver timely, high-quality preventative maintenance and other O&M services. You’ll be instrumental in integrating cutting-edge scheduling technologies and methodologies, enhancing our productivity, cost-efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Business Intelligence & Data Visualization Specialist

We are seeking a Business Intelligence & Data Visualization Specialist with strong expertise in Power BI to drive our data visualization, reporting, and business intelligence strategy. This role bridges analytics, business strategy, and technology by designing data models, dashboards, and reporting solutions that turn complex information into actionable insights. The ideal candidate is skilled in interpreting data, mapping relationships, and building scalable solutions that improve decision-making across teams. This position requires a detail-oriented, highly organized individual with strong technical proficiency, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance hands-on execution with big-picture process optimization. While Power BI expertise is required, you will also leverage basic knowledge of Airtable and provide strategic input and management on CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) integrations to ensure a connected data ecosystem.

Service Order Specialist

This position will support Sungrow Service team with quotes and order execution. The position will support customers and the service team on a day-to-day basis, tasks including but not limited to direct customer support, facilitating communication between external customers and internal departments, CRM tool management, service administrative support, oversighting of the entire order process from Quote to execution and to distributing the parts/ service orders to the end user. Most importantly, this position has a customer relationship responsibility. Furthermore, the position will coordinate communication with other departments, review the current process, develop new processes as needed, and be responsible for their implementation. This position needs to have a strong understanding of Excel, with the ability to keep price lists updated and accurate, work with our overseas teams to ensure updated pricing. The position will be required to work with our Supply chain management team to ensure parts orders are received in a timely manner. Lastly, the position will coordinate with our accounting dept to ensure accurate and timely billing to customers as orders are shipped.

Strategic Key Account Manager – Utilities

Responsibilities:

  • The Strategic Key Account Manager is a key member of the sales organization responsible for revenue, margin, and utilities account target growth set on an annual basis.
  • The candidate will need to identify/manage strategic key utility accounts and growing those long term partnerships.
  • The candidate will work with specific target utilities, developers, to drive the utility business.
  • The candidate will perform business development for this strategic account market segment and will also need to perform in the following areas but not limited to: Help to develop product marketing strategy and implementation schedule; Help company to gain better brand recognition by assisting trade shows and other public functions; Collect market information, including but not limited to, emerging market data, industry trends, product standards, and competitor’s information.

Business Systems & Process Integration Specialist

The Business Systems & Process Integration Specialist is responsible for managing, optimizing, and integrating data, workflows, and reporting across multiple platforms, including Airtable, Power BI, SharePoint, the Document Management System (DMS), and JotForm. This role plays a key part in ensuring data accuracy, transparency, and accessibility while enabling efficient operational processes for both internal teams and external vendors. The Specialist will develop and maintain performance tracking systems, oversee KPI data sourcing, manage document lifecycle processes, and ensure reporting consistency across historical and current data sets. They will act as a bridge between operational teams, leadership, and technical stakeholders, working closely with Asset Management, Field Services, and other departments to identify needs, troubleshoot issues, and implement scalable process improvements. This position requires a detail-oriented, highly organized individual with strong technical proficiency, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance hands-on execution with big-picture process optimization.

Security Operations Manager

Sungrow Americas is seeking a Security Operations Manager to lead day-to-day defensive security operations across IT, cloud, and OT environments. This leader will oversee Sungrow’s managed security partners, internal engineers, and detection/response tooling to ensure incidents are identified, contained, and remediated with speed and precision. The Security Operations Manager will design and mature the SecOps function — from vulnerability management and log pipelines to incident response playbooks — while aligning with Sungrow’s global teams. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader with the vision to scale operations, the judgment to separate true risk from noise, and the credibility to brief executives on real-time threats.

Sr. Product & Application Security Manager

Sungrow Americas is seeking a Product & Application Security Manager to build and scale our secure development, product assurance, and software supply-chain security capabilities. This role is essential to ensuring Sungrow’s firmware, applications, and supporting platforms are designed, tested, and delivered with security embedded throughout their lifecycle. You will lead application and firmware security, software assurance, offensive testing, secure development practices, and supplier risk management across Sungrow Americas. The ideal candidate pairs deep technical expertise with the leadership needed to influence engineers, developers, and partners toward strong, future-ready security standards.

Senior Key Account Manager-Energy Storage

Role:
