Energy Project Development (Senior Manager or Director)
Antora Energy is seeking a Senior Manager or Director of Energy Project Development to lead efforts in identifying, evaluating, acquiring, and completing development of energy projects for long-duration energy storage (LDES) deployment. This role is crucial at the intersection of M&A and project development, involving project evaluation for acquisition, negotiation of purchase terms and development agreements, and guiding projects through to deployment readiness. The successful candidate will manage relationships with renewable developers, navigate data rooms and due diligence, and act as the primary point of contact for project acquisition and partnership opportunities.
Principal, Power Procurement & Origination
The Principal, Power Procurement & Origination will spearhead complex utility tariff negotiations, originate power-to-power off-take agreements with hyperscalers and other large loads, and establish high standards for deal execution within the Energy team. This position requires a blend of hands-on deal negotiation expertise and the ability to mentor a growing team of deal leads. Responsibilities include negotiating energy service agreements, custom tariffs, infrastructure arrangements with utilities, and power purchase agreements across various ISOs. The Principal will define deal standards, develop innovative commercial structures, and serve as a key point of escalation for resolving negotiations in line with business objectives.
