About the role
Energy Project Development (Senior Manager or Director)
The Senior Manager or Director of Energy Project Development will lead Antora’s efforts to identify, evaluate, acquire, and complete development of energy projects for long duration energy storage (LDES) deployment. This role sits at the intersection of M&A and project development—evaluating projects for acquisition, negotiating purchase terms and development agreements, and shepherding projects through to deployment readiness. The Senior Manager will manage relationships with renewable developers, navigate data rooms and due diligence processes, and serve as Antora’s primary point of contact for project acquisition and partnership opportunities.
Principal, Power Procurement & Origination
The Principal, Power Procurement & Origination will lead complex utility tariff negotiations, originate power-to-power off-take agreements with hyperscalers and other large loads, and set consistently high standards for deal execution across the Energy team. This role combines deep, hands-on deal negotiations and ownership, with mentorship for a growing team of deal leads who negotiate energy service agreements, custom tariffs, infrastructure arrangements with utilities, and power purchase agreements across multiple ISOs. The Principal will set deal standards, architect first-of-kind commercial structures, and serve as a trusted escalation point for resolving negotiations aligned with business objectives.
