Overview

Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks a Conflicts Coordinator to support the Conflicts Team. In this role, you will review conflicts reports, work with Firm personnel and attorneys, maintain conflicts database information, and review intake materials.

Responsibilities

  • Review, vet, and process requests for conflicts searches.
  • Perform corporate research and conflicts checks to generate reports.
  • Collaborate with the General Counsel’s Office on lateral hires and new business intake conflicts.
  • Review conflicts database details and prepare summaries for firm lawyers.
  • Interact with attorneys and staff to discuss conflicts data and action items.
  • Prepare documentation related to conflict queries.
  • Maintain and update the conflicts database.
  • Follow best practices and implement process improvements.
  • Work on additional conflicts-related projects as required.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education plus three years of related experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail and client service skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience with Intapp intake/conflicts software is a plus.

Work Hours

Shift times vary by time zone: 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM ET, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM MST, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM PST.
