Wolver Launcher Program: Become a Tech Startup Co-founder
Wolver Ventures invites entrepreneurs to enroll in the Wolver Launcher program, a unique opportunity to bring a tech startup to life in high-growth verticals. This is not a traditional employment offer but a venture for individuals seeking a profound career change and willing to invest in their entrepreneurial journey. Our Managing Partners, with a successful track record of over 400 early-stage investments, will guide you through this transformative 10-week program.
What You Will Achieve:
- Form a founding team with complementary skills and shared values.
- Define and shape a unique, scalable business idea.
- Develop a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to secure initial clients and demonstrate traction.
- Gain access to funding opportunities, including potential investment from Wolver Ventures Funds (up to €500K).
Requirements:
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in one of the following areas: Sales, Marketing, and Strategy (CEO/CMO roles); Product Development, Strategy, and/or Operations (CTO/COO roles); or Finance (CFO roles).
- A strong commitment to launching a startup as a life-defining choice.
- Preference for B2B ventures in Cyber Security, Fintech, Insurtech, Regtech/Legaltech, PropTech (with a focus on Data Centers), or Web3.
- Fluency in English.
Founder Responsibilities:
As a founder, you will be instrumental in every facet of your startup's journey. Initial responsibilities include defining the value proposition, identifying the Ideal Customer Persona (ICP), developing the MVP, establishing the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, and initiating sales efforts. You will also be responsible for building your team, establishing the company's purpose, values, and culture, defining the funding strategy, and setting up the legal and operational structure.
