Software Quality Assurance Analyst
The Software Quality Assurance Analyst ensures the quality, functionality, and stability of our software products by executing test cases, identifying defects, and contributing to continuous improvement of QA processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute functional, regression, and smoke test cases.
- Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps.
- Contribute to test case design and review of requirements/design documents.
- Perform initial root-cause analysis and collaborate with developers for resolution.
- Maintain test environments and participate in test planning.
