Original Job Summary

Overview

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Software Engineer with 6 to 10 years of experience. In this role, you will work with Microsoft technology stack and cloud solutions including Azure and AWS to design, build, and deliver enterprise-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET Core.
  • Create modern, responsive front-end interfaces using Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Design and optimize relational databases such as SQL Server and MySQL.
  • Develop and consume REST APIs and integrate with cloud services.
  • Deploy, monitor, and manage services in Microsoft Azure (and AWS as applicable).
  • Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and agile environments.
  • Implement automated unit and integration testing.
  • Troubleshoot performance issues and resolve production issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services and deployment pipelines.
  • Advanced skills in SQL Server/MySQL database design and optimization.
  • Experience with latest Angular versions for enterprise-grade UIs.
  • Familiarity with microservices, DevOps tools, and security best practices.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Exposure to AI/ML, GenAI integrations or GitHub Copilot.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
  • Knowledge of DDD, Clean Architecture, CQRS patterns.
  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases and caching solutions.
