Role Overview: Content Management Analyst

The Content Management Analyst identifies, researches, analyzes, and summarizes legal and compliance-related statutory and regulatory requirements for inclusion in Wolters Kluwer insurance products. This role translates complex regulations into clear product solutions by authoring compliance content, writing business rules, and educating internal and external customers.

General Duties and Responsibilities

  • Analyze and summarize incoming legislative and regulatory material.
  • Write summaries of regulatory content and update product documentation.
  • Track and review general regulatory changes and customer requests.
  • Develop relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Provide training on compliance requirements and author customer communications.
  • Respond to compliance inquiries with priority and excellence.
  • Maintain up-to-date compliance knowledge through continuous learning.
  • Produce quality work product within deadlines and project scope.
  • Collaborate with various departments and manage administrative requirements.

Required Skills

  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to summarize legal and compliance issues for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency with MS Office products such as Word and Excel.

Preferred Additional Skills and Experience

  • Knowledge of operational compliance issues in insurance or related sectors.
  • Insurance industry certifications or legal background is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; legal education or industry certifications preferred.
  • At least 1 year of relevant industry experience.
