About The Role

Within our Core Platform Group, the Observability Engineering team ensures visibility, reliability, and performance across Wolt’s infrastructure. As a Fullstack Engineer Go React, you will design and build internal products used by hundreds of engineers for debugging, incident response, performance monitoring, and system health insights.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and implement fast, data-rich user interfaces.
  • Develop workflows to make complex telemetry data actionable.
  • Build reusable components with design system teams.
  • Contribute to self-service tools for triage and alerting.
  • Collaborate with backend to build telemetry pipelines and storage backends.
  • Identify UX gaps and propose improvements.
  • Help define the long-term direction for observability UIs.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and web visualization tools.
  • Product mindset with attention to developer workflows.
  • Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and production releases.
  • Golang experience or willingness to learn.
  • Exposure to observability/internal developer platforms.
  • Basic UX sensibility for designing intuitive interactions.
  • Familiarity with agile development and cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to Have

  • Contributions to open-source observability projects.
  • Knowledge of OpenTelemetry standards.
  • Experience with SRE or platform engineering teams.
  • Experience with Slack-based tooling and real-time alerting UX.

Location

This role can be based in Helsinki, Berlin, or Stockholm, or remotely for candidates in Finland, Sweden, Germany, Denmark, or Estonia. Relocation support is available for candidates outside these regions.
