Role Overview: CRM Specialist
As a CRM Specialist within the Marketing Automation team, you will help elevate Wolt's Courier Partner CRM strategies. This role involves working across global markets, implementing and optimizing CRM campaigns, and collaborating with local and senior teams to tailor strategies for varied markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Senior CRM and Operations teams to implement CRM strategies.
- Design, build, and execute automated CRM journeys across email, push, and in-app channels.
- Coordinate with stakeholders on campaign planning, content creation, localization, and performance evaluation.
- Analyze data and provide actionable recommendations to optimize campaign performance.
- Develop testing plans to maximize engagement and ROI along with sharing insights.
Our Expectations
- Experience with automated lifecycle or bulk campaign execution.
- Ability to work across multiple business units and manage various stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data dashboard creation.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Iterable, Braze, Salesforce, or Klaviyo).
- Experience in food delivery, on-demand services, or e-commerce is a plus.
