Job Description for Senior Consultant - Transition
The Senior Consultant is responsible for leading transitions for a business cluster or multiple large engagements. The role involves training, managing, and mentoring Program Leads and Project Managers, ensuring compliance with WNS transition methodology, and driving continuous improvement and customer excellence.
- Independently lead transitions and manage multiple engagements.
- Mentor and direct Program Leads and Project Managers.
- Resolve issues and build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Drive compliance, continuous improvement and capability building.
- Support business development through transition solutions and client presentations.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with excellent project management skills is required. Candidates must demonstrate strong customer relationship management, deep understanding of BPO business aspects including QA, MIS, SLA, and the ability to lead with a focus on deliverables and continuous improvement. Knowledge or certifications in Project Management methodologies and/or Six Sigma is a plus.
