Role Overview - OTC Collections Analyst - Pune (UK Shift)

This role involves working within the Order to Cash (OTC) process, specifically handling Collections and Cash Application. The analyst is expected to work independently on tasks such as voice calling, dispute management, and customer account reconciliation while ensuring adherence to SLA metrics in terms of turnaround time and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage collections and cash application tasks per client processes.
  • Utilize SAP for financial operations (mandatory experience).
  • Conduct voice calls and handle dispute management and customer reconciliations.
