Job Description
The Assistant Manager - Operations is responsible for:
- Converting Requisition to PO manually
- Invoice processing including 2-way & 3-way matching
- Vendor setup and modification of existing vendors
- Payment scheduling and monitoring
- AP Close / Schedule activities
- Helpdesk support and T&E audits
- Efficient query management and process escalation when needed
- Preparation of process related reports
- Prioritization of tasks and resolution of inter-team query dependencies
Qualifications
Required education: B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA and a Graduate degree.
Additional skills include excellent oral and written communication in English, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, and a willingness to build cooperative working relationships.
