Job Description

The Assistant Manager - Operations is responsible for:

  • Converting Requisition to PO manually
  • Invoice processing including 2-way & 3-way matching
  • Vendor setup and modification of existing vendors
  • Payment scheduling and monitoring
  • AP Close / Schedule activities
  • Helpdesk support and T&E audits
  • Efficient query management and process escalation when needed
  • Preparation of process related reports
  • Prioritization of tasks and resolution of inter-team query dependencies

Qualifications

Required education: B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA and a Graduate degree.

Additional skills include excellent oral and written communication in English, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, and a willingness to build cooperative working relationships.
