Job Summary
WM, a Fortune 250 company and leading provider of comprehensive waste and environmental services in North America, is seeking an intermediate level Oracle Payroll Business Analyst. In this role, you will partner with the Domain Lead/Product Owner and various Center of Excellence leaders to consult, innovate, enhance, and deliver technology solutions that meet both short and long term business needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support design and testing with focus on business objectives and end user experience.
- Review release notes and vendor updates to recommend system enhancements.
- Facilitate design sessions, review specifications, and validate configurations.
- Analyze impacts of configurations, Fast Formulas, and extensions on integrations.
- Gather, document, and assess functional requirements to suggest reporting and integration improvements.
- Coordinate unit, integration, and acceptance testing while supporting change management.
- Serve as a liaison, provide consultative advice, and support RFP processes with stakeholders.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required with at least two years in technology service delivery support. Candidates must have working knowledge of WM operations and technology support experience, particularly with Oracle cloud or similar applications.
Work Environment and Benefits
