Key Responsibilities
- Support your team in enhancing their technical and non-technical skills for superior product delivery.
- Evaluate and refine UX processes to ensure effective collaboration and project execution.
- Manage high-level design timelines and adapt methodologies to suit specific project requirements.
- Conduct rapid sketching, wireframing, and feedback sessions with diverse cross-functional teams.
- Develop information architecture diagrams to meticulously document workflows and hierarchies.
- Contribute to the evolution of our agile, user-first design methodology by incorporating best practices.
- Work closely with engineering teams to guarantee usability standards are met prior to product release.
- Promote design consistency and optimize efficiency across various products.
- Execute comprehensive user research, including in-depth interviews, usability testing, and data analysis.
- Clearly articulate design decisions and unify teams around essential user needs.
Must-have Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a UX Designer within digital products or applications.
- Demonstrated expertise in at least one of the following areas: Information Architecture, Content Design, User Research, Interaction Design, Interface Design, or Product Design.
- A strong foundation in UX Design, supported by relevant education (degree or certifications).
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written, spoken, and visual.
- The ability to effectively balance the utilization of existing design systems with the creation of new patterns when necessary.
- Proficiency with modern design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and others.
- Proven initiative and a strong sense of ownership to successfully drive projects to completion.
- A positive attitude, high adaptability, and the capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- A fast learner who values precision and iteration, embodying the principle of “measure twice, cut once.”
