Join Wiz, the fastest-growing startup reinventing cloud security, and help empower businesses to thrive in the cloud. As a Technical Account Manager Portuguese, you will drive customer adoption of the Wiz platform by providing strategic and hands-on guidance from onboarding through operationalization.

Summary

You will serve as the primary technical liaison, ensuring customers receive expert guidance and support throughout their journey with Wiz.

What You’ll Do

  • Guide customers on deployment and best practices.
  • Liaise with technical teams and manage escalations.
  • Conduct workshops and develop customer success plans.
  • Measure key performance indicators and report on progress.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Renewal teams for contract renewals.
  • Stay updated on cloud security trends and emerging threats.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years in a technical customer-facing role.
  • Deep knowledge of cloud services, architectures, and security practices.
  • Experience with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese.
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.
  • Legal right to work without sponsorship.
