Position: ML Product Manager at Rise.ai

As an ML Product Manager at Rise.ai, you will lead the development of innovative, data-driven products that harness AI to drive smarter eCommerce and payment solutions. This hands-on and business-oriented role is ideal for professionals passionate about uncovering and executing new product opportunities at the intersection of AI and commerce.

  • Lead development of a data-driven product layer leveraging user behavior.
  • Build features for intelligent store credit recommendations.
  • Partner with engineering and data teams to structure datasets and insights.
  • Collaborate with GTM and support teams to turn insights into business impact.
  • Engage with merchants to understand essential business needs.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience in ML, data products, payments, or eCommerce.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset and attention to detail.
  • Strong business acumen and focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Operates with high agency, clarity, and accountability under pressure.
  • Effective communicator and creative problem solver with cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Experience with recommender systems or smart automation in commerce/fintech contexts is an advantage.
