Senior Data Product Manager

Role Overview

The Senior Data Product Manager at Wivoo, a Wavestone Company, acts as a data transformation expert. You will guide data product strategy, launch initiatives, support implementations, and contribute to deploying concrete solutions.

Main Responsibilities

• Participate in strategic discussions with business and data leadership for a Data as a Product approach including governance, prioritization, KPIs, and adoption.
• Contribute to the framing, launch, and monitoring of Data Products: discovery, needs formalization, design, industrialization tracking, and adoption support.
• Collaborate closely with business, product, and tech teams to ensure measurable value delivery of Data Products.
• Support the development of the Data Product offering through framework, playbook, and best practice formulation.
• Assist clients in evaluating and tracking the business impact, ROI and usage performance of data initiatives.
• Mentor internal teams and maintain high-quality deliverables with your product and data expertise.

Desired Profile

5 to 9 years of experience in consulting or in-house roles with a focus on Product Management applied to data/AI or data transformation. Proven track record in designing, launching, and deploying Data Products or Data as a Product approaches in complex environments (large accounts). Ability to engage with high-level stakeholders (up to CODIR). Skilled in collaborating with business, data, tech, and AI professionals. Strong product sensibility combined with technical understanding (data pipelines, governance, AI models, observability). Professional proficiency in English (written & oral).

Bonus Skills

Experience in luxury, finance, or regulated environments. Familiarity with Data Mesh or Product Thinking applied to data. A technical background (data engineering/ML) paired with product strategy experience.

Interview Process

• Initial 30-minute video exchange with a Talent Recruiter.
• 1-hour conversation with a sales expert.
• Data Product Game: a 90-minute technical test with an expert.
• A final 1-hour meeting with the co-founders.
