Role Overview: Contract Compliance Senior Consultant

The Contract Compliance Senior Consultant will work within the System and Process Assurance group to conduct a wide range of contract compliance audits, including royalty audits, franchise compliance audits, revenue participation audits, lease agreement reviews, vendor audits, and other contractual projects.

  • Assist audit teams in planning and testing compliance.
  • Perform financial and contractual analysis of franchisees and licensees.
  • Conduct independent research on contractual relationships.
  • Manage project timelines and client communication.
  • Prepare detailed work papers and written reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit planning and testing for compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Financial analysis to determine reportable income and fees.
  • Research on franchisees, owners, and related parties.
  • Project management ensuring timely completion and effective communication.
  • Documentation of audit findings and preparation of detailed reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • CPA license or working towards CPA/CFE certification.
  • 3+ years of experience with a public accounting firm or compliance engagements.
  • Strong analytical, client service, and communication skills.
  • Expertise in Excel and data analytics software.
