About Entry-Level Civil Engineer (EI/EIT) at WithersRavenel

Role Overview
This full-time, hybrid role is available in multiple locations, including Cary, Raleigh, Charlotte, and Wilmington. You will work alongside experienced engineers in various practice areas like Residential Development, Site Civil Development, Water/Wastewater Treatment, Stormwater, and Design + Planning.
Responsibilities
- Develop design layouts and create detailed drawings
- Review data and ensure code compliance
- Utilize industry software including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and Geopak
- Collaborate with senior engineers and support project execution
- Manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field
- 0-4 years of experience; successful FE Exam completion (if applicable)
- Experience with AutoCAD, MicroStation, AutoCAD Civil3D, Geopak, and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Internship experience in the field is preferred
