Overview

Wishpond Technologies is seeking a Director of Marketing Fulfillment to join our growing team. This fully remote role is open to candidates based anywhere in Canada. You will work with an amazing remote team servicing clients in the US and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance management, career development, training, and recruitment of the Fulfillment Team (Ads, SEO, Copywriting, etc.).
• Lead and support marketing strategy execution to ensure client campaigns deliver measurable results aligned with business goals.
• Manage client relationships, negotiate outcomes, address escalations, and deliver growth and retention strategies.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Directors for client onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.
• Address the unique needs of each client and formulate tailored support plans.
• Ensure continual development and refinement of the team.
• Meet high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and credibility.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of leadership or managerial experience with diverse teams.
• Experience in marketing strategy, campaign execution, and client account management.
• Strong background in implementing policies, procedures, and processes.
• Experience in SMB online marketing.
• Excellent communication, planning, and presentation skills.
• Tech-savvy and organized with intermediate to advanced Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.
• Fluent in English with additional language skills considered an asset.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing education and training.

Work Environment

• This is a fully remote position for candidates based anywhere in Canada.
• Standard business hours based on the Pacific Time Zone are required.
• Background verification and documentation are required upon hire.
