About the Role

Wisewire is seeking experienced Subject Matter Experts in greening and green economy practices to collaborate with our learning design team for modernizing a professional training program. This program helps small and medium-sized enterprises adopt sustainable business practices through expert guidance and innovative digital learning experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Review and refine course content on Greening aligned with sustainability principles.
  • Recommend updates with emerging trends in eco-innovation and circular economy practices.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers and media developers for SCORM-compliant modules.
  • Contribute to learner assessments and case studies for real-world SME applications.
  • Provide expert input during quality assurance reviews for technical and environmental accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sustainability, circular economy, eco-innovation, or ESG initiatives.
  • Experience developing training content or consulting on sustainability topics for SMEs.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and digital education best practices.
  • Prior experience with international projects, UNDP, UN agencies is an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Romanian or Russian is a plus.
