Job Description
Remote Ecommerce Operations Assistant Walmart
We're hiring a Remote Ecommerce Operations Assistant to help manage a growing Walmart Marketplace store and support executive operations. This is a fully remote, full-time role with real growth potential.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage the Walmart Marketplace store end-to-end: product sourcing, listings, pricing, and performance tracking
- Conduct product research using AI tools, trend analysis, demand validation, competitor monitoring
- Optimize listings (titles, keywords, descriptions, images, SEO) to improve CTR and conversion
- Track sales, inventory, fulfillment, and account health metrics
- Monitor pricing strategies and Buy Box positioning
- Manage calendar, scheduling, emails, and task follow-ups for the executive
- Create and upload organic content and support marketing efforts
- Coordinate order processing, returns, and customer service follow-ups
What We're Looking For
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, etc.) to work smarter
- Basic understanding of Walmart Marketplace or similar e-commerce platforms
- Analytical mindset with sharp attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
