Your Mission

As a Technical Program Manager at Wise, you will transform our servicing experience and create a scalable, cost-effective model for our future. You will join a newly established function linking Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to run large scale transformational projects, including complex remediations, fintech initiatives, and BI platform migrations.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver end-to-end, multi-team programs with strong governance and risk management.
• Lead migration projects on the new BI platform including mapping and cutover planning.
• Scale self-serve data products by establishing ownership and documentation standards.
• Build strong relationships between Engineering and Analytics teams for integrated workflows.
• Define success metrics, align data sources, and communicate impact with clarity.
• Drive enablement through training, playbooks, and cost optimization initiatives.
