Role Overview

The Payment Operations Senior Specialist role is based in Tallinn and is designed to help build and support operationally sustainable cross-border products. This position involves ensuring the seamless flow of customer funds, supporting process improvements, and acting as a first level escalation point within the regional operations domain.

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily tasks to support and maintain customer fund flows.
  • Collaborate with banking, treasury, product managers, and engineers to optimize processes.
  • Coordinate new product and partner set-ups, testing, and launches.
  • Communicate central changes and document training for the operations team.
  • Act as the initial escalation point for incidents and crises in your area.

  • Residency in Estonia with eligible right to work.
  • Flexibility in working hours to collaborate with teams in different time zones.
  • Proven ability to manage recurring tasks with high accuracy and independence.
  • Experience in operations and leading cross-functional projects.
  • Basic data analysis skills and familiarity with process improvement methodologies.
