Job Overview

The Internal Audit Manager Safeguarding Operations will coordinate and execute internal audits within the operations and safeguarding risk portfolio. You will manage teams, collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, and recommend improvements to governance, risk management, and internal controls.

Your Mission

• Support implementation of the internal audit assurance framework.
• Develop and deliver annual audit plans for operations/safeguarding.
• Execute audits and report outcomes timely and accurately.
• Build and lead a capable internal audit team.
• Monitor recommendation implementation and assess improvements.

About You

You have demonstrable experience in assurance, risk, or control roles, especially in safeguarding or operational areas. You’re skilled in deploying data-driven audit techniques and are comfortable working in fast-paced, multinational environments. Your strong coordination, stakeholder management, and technology integration skills set you apart.
