Role Overview

The Head of Product Compliance India is a first line compliance role, responsible for advising and working closely with the India Product Team to build compliant, customer-oriented products and services in India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compliantly create and improve Wise products in India.
  • Perform regulatory analysis of new products and ensure proper controls pre-launch.
  • Advise teams on interpreting local regulatory requirements and aligning on risk remediation.
  • Represent Wise in external meetings with regulators, bank partners, and auditors.
  • Collaborate with second line Compliance and Risk to communicate regulatory risks.
