Role Overview

The Business Operations Manager - APAC is a unique role that bridges servicing teams and various internal functions. This role is responsible for strategic operations projects in APAC, driving automation, process improvements, and outsourcing projects across Customer Support, KYC, FinCrime, and Payment Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze operational issues to identify improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement process and product improvement plans.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations teams.
• Oversee Monthly Business Reviews and incident management processes.
• Provide actionable insights from customer interactions and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Several years of Business Operations/Strategy experience in Fintech, Big Tech, or Banking.
• Deep understanding of the diverse APAC markets.
• Proficiency with data, spreadsheets, analytics dashboards, SQL, and Python.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience in driving high impact solutions through both product and process optimization.
