Data Analyst
The Data Analyst supports organizational decision-making by collecting, validating, analyzing, and reporting data across programs, membership, grants, finance, and operations. In this role, the analyst develops recurring reports and dashboards, identifies trends and opportunities, improves data quality, and helps translate data into meaningful insights for staff, leadership, the Board of Directors, funders, and other stakeholders. The position also supports grant and program reporting, performance measurement, and continuous improvement efforts across the organization.
