About the Role

As a Production Operator, you will ensure that beverage products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will maintain a clean environment, perform accurate product changeovers, complete essential documentation, and support the smooth operation of packaging lines.

• Follow all safety, health, quality, food safety, and GMP guidelines.
• Operate safety switches and interlocks properly.
• Maintain organized work areas and proper housekeeping standards.
• Perform package changeovers and complete documentation accurately.
• Operate equipment including forklifts and assist in warehouse tasks as needed.

Job Duties

Reporting to the Facility Manager under the supervision of the Production Lead, your duties include:

• Operating and monitoring filling and packaging equipment.
• Using an automatic inventory system via computer and scanners.
• Performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting mechanical issues.
• Following escalation protocols and communicating processing information accurately.
• Ensuring compliance with 5S safety guidelines.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has basic math and writing skills, can work under minimal supervision, and is capable of physical work including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs. Forklift experience and the ability to pass the Forklift Operators License test are required.
