Role Overview
Reporting directly to the Finance Operations Manager, the Finance Assistant Cash and Banking is responsible for managing 31 bank accounts, conducting month-end bank reconciliations, running monthly direct debits and supplier payment runs.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure customer cash is credited by bank closing.
- Reconcile all bank accounts daily.
- Perform month-end reconciliation for all accounts.
- Raise payments twice monthly and run direct debits for credit control.
- Conduct bank account checks via Addax, Audis and process manual payments.
Key Experience & Skills
A minimum of 3 years experience in an accounts department is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) is essential. Full training on systems and processes will be provided.

Interview Process
