Your Challenge at Wire

As the Head of Strategic Alliances & Partnerships, you will partner with the CCO to define and execute Wire’s partnership strategy to accelerate growth, innovation, and market expansion. This role is highly strategic, involving the identification, development, and management of key relationships with distributors, technology vendors, system integrators, resellers, and ecosystem partners. You will lead a small team of partner managers ensuring the long-term success and scalability of Wire’s partner network.

Your Main Responsibilities Are

  • Develop and execute Wire’s global strategic partnership roadmap to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and ecosystem strength
  • Build and operationalize a sustainable partner operating model that complements and amplifies the direct sales strategy
  • Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard high-impact partners across technology, channel, and priority industry verticals
  • Lead the international partner go-to-market strategy across Europe, United Kingdom, Middle East, North America, and APAC
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations and GTM leadership to define partner attribution, pipeline visibility, rules of engagement, and co-selling frameworks
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic alliances through joint business planning, executive alignment, and measurable value realization
  • Act as the central liaison between partners and internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to align initiatives with company objectives
  • Build and standardize a partnership playbook covering lifecycle management, co-marketing, co-selling, and enablement best practices
  • Establish and track KPIs including partner-sourced revenue, partner-influenced pipeline, and partner productivity; deliver regular performance reporting
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global partnerships team.
  • Represent Wire externally at industry events while monitoring market trends, competitor alliances, and emerging technologies to inform strategy

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Regional Experience across EMEA.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliances, ideally within the technology or SaaS industry.
  • Proven success in identifying, structuring, and managing strategic partnerships that drive revenue and market growth internationally.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills, with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable partnership initiatives.
  • Experience in co-selling, co-marketing, and partner enablement strategies.
  • Fluency in English & German, and French is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial, innovative, and highly results-oriented mindset.
