About The Role

Join our innovative Medical Health Support Contract team as a UI/UX Product Developer, where you will play a crucial role in supporting the design, development, and optimization of user experiences for digital health products. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and analytical individual passionate about understanding user behavior and improving product usability. You will collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and development teams to gather and analyze user data, conduct research, and implement enhancements that improve overall user satisfaction. Your work will directly contribute to delivering high-quality remote healthcare services to Military Health System beneficiaries, ensuring they receive optimal care regardless of location. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in UX research, product analysis, or related fields
  • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Basic knowledge of UX research methods, usability testing, and data analysis techniques
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Proficiency in navigating electronic systems, virtual service platforms, and computer programs
  • Must have a dedicated, private, and quiet workspace with reliable high-speed internet (wired connection preferred)
  • U.S. citizen, fluent in English, and able to maintain security clearances as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Certification in UX design, product management, or data analysis
  • Familiarity with design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or Axure RP
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Hotjar
  • Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies
  • Experience supporting military communities or working within healthcare or veteran services environments
  • Veteran/military retiree or military spouse experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist in conducting user research through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and usability testing to gather insights
  • Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for product improvement
  • Support the creation of user personas, journey maps, and other research artifacts to guide design decisions
  • Collaborate with product managers to define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success
  • Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Hotjar to analyze product usage data and identify optimization areas
  • Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark features and user experiences against industry standards
  • Work with UX designers to translate research findings into actionable design recommendations
  • Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize solutions
  • Ensure designs meet user needs, business goals, and accessibility standards
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement research findings and product enhancements effectively
  • Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and industry events to stay updated on UX and product analysis trends
  • Support the continuous development and refinement of UX and product analysis processes within the organization
