About The UI/UX Designer Role

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our remote team, with a strong preference for candidates based in or near Austin, TX. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing intuitive, scalable, and innovative user interfaces for complex AI-driven platforms. Your work will bridge the gap between sophisticated business workflows and elegant user experiences, focusing on creating interfaces that facilitate automation, data analysis, and workflow orchestration for everyday business users. The role involves a mix of client solution enablement, which accounts for approximately 70%, and platform design, which makes up about 30%. You will develop foundational UI patterns and design systems that can be adapted across various client projects, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and flexibility in implementation.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience designing business-facing web applications
• Proficiency with data grids, tables, sorting, filtering, and visualization techniques
• Experience designing multi-step workflows, process stepper interfaces, and review queues
• Strong expertise in Figma, including components, variants, and structured design handoffs
• Proficiency in responsive design principles for data-heavy interfaces
• Knowledge of human-in-the-loop and AI-assisted workflows
• Ability to prototype or vibe-code in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and product thinking

Responsibilities

• Create scalable and reusable UI patterns and templates applicable across multiple clients
• Translate complex business processes into intuitive, user-friendly workflows
• Collaborate with Product and Platform teams to develop and refine a shared design system
• Partner with Delivery Leads and Engineers to customize and implement designs effectively
• Balance information density with usability by applying thoughtful hierarchy and progressive disclosure techniques
• Design responsive, data-rich interfaces that are simple and consumer-grade in experience
• Develop UX specifications and UI handoffs aligned with modern frontend development practices
• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and technological advancements
