About The Role

Schneider Electric is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Quality Analyst to support our Secure Power Division. This remote position within the United States offers an exciting opportunity to lead data analysis initiatives that enhance quality management systems. The successful candidate will utilize advanced statistical methods and tools such as Excel and Power BI to analyze quality data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights. The role involves promoting a culture of continuous improvement through root cause analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement. Additionally, the analyst will develop and implement procedures, conduct internal audits, and support training programs to ensure compliance with quality standards such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, and Lean methodologies. The position requires approximately 25% travel and proximity to an airport for ease of travel.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field
  • Extensive experience working with databases to gather, review, and present data
  • Strong understanding of quality management principles, including ISO 9001, Six Sigma, and Lean methodology
  • Proficiency in statistical tools and database analysis software such as Excel and Power BI
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with project teams, senior management, and external stakeholders
  • Leadership and people management experience, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Experience in process mapping, documenting procedures, and implementing work instructions
  • Knowledge of internal audit processes and corrective/preventive action implementation
  • Ability to promote and deliver training on quality management principles and practices
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify root causes

Responsibilities

  • Utilize statistical methods and tools to analyze quality data and generate insights for process improvement
  • Identify trends, review processes, and recommend strategies to reduce costs and enhance quality across projects
  • Create data-driven reports to support the continuous improvement of the quality management system
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement through root cause analysis and audit finding resolution
  • Map business processes, identify critical quality control points, and document procedures to ensure compliance
  • Develop and deliver training programs and educational sessions on quality management principles and best practices
  • Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the quality management system and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Identify non-conformances, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs)
  • Engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to share lessons learned and improve organizational processes
