About The Role
As a Senior Data Analyst at Felix, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's data-driven strategies and decision-making processes. You will be responsible for designing and implementing analytical frameworks that measure performance, identify growth opportunities, and support strategic initiatives. Your expertise will help interpret complex data sets, develop scalable data models, and generate actionable insights that influence product development, marketing strategies, and customer engagement efforts. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering to translate business questions into analytical solutions. Your work will directly impact Felix's growth trajectory by optimizing campaign performance, enhancing customer segmentation, and refining attribution models to maximize ROI across various channels.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or related roles
- Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write, review, and optimize queries for performance
- Advanced expertise in DBT for data modeling and orchestration
- Strong version control skills, particularly with Git
- Deep understanding of marketing analytics, including multi-touch attribution (MTA) and media mix modeling (MMM)
- Experience working with marketing platforms and APIs such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and Google Ads
- Knowledge of statistical experimentation and A/B testing methodologies
- Excellent project management and communication skills with a results-oriented approach
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and translate complex data into clear insights
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical expert and owner of marketing data sources, analytics infrastructure, and measurement methodologies
- Develop and maintain acquisition measurement frameworks, including multi-touch attribution models and channel performance metrics
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and incrementality experiments to optimize product features and marketing campaigns
- Evaluate ROI across paid and organic acquisition channels and refine performance metrics accordingly
- Build, maintain, and scale in-house multi-touch attribution (MTA) models and media mix models (MMM)
- Identify key customer segments based on metrics such as lifetime value (LTV) and cross-sell percentages
- Lead the development and maintenance of DBT data models and orchestrations, ensuring accuracy and performance optimization
- Create automated dashboards and self-serve reporting tools to enable stakeholders to monitor key metrics effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical tasks and interpret results for both technical and non-technical audiences
