About the Role

The Sales Administrative Assistant at Extrity Services will support our sales operations through lead generation, strategic outreach, and vital administrative tasks. This remote position requires candidates to reside in Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, or Tennessee. You will collaborate with the sales team to enhance outreach efforts, maintain accurate records, and drive overall business success.

Qualifications

  • Reliable computer with internet access.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Experience with outreach, mailing tools, or CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and basic office tools.

  • Previous sales support or administrative experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and source leads from multiple platforms and databases.
  • Create and manage mailing campaigns for prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain lists of potential clients for outreach.
  • Support scheduling and planning for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases of outreach activities.
  • Track and report time using the Tracktik timeclock system.
  • Adhere to weekly hour limits (10 hours/week) with additional time pre-approved.
  • Provide daily updates on outreach progress.
  • Collaborate remotely via email and internal communication platforms.
  • Assist with various administrative sales tasks as needed.
