About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager, ML & GenAI to join Stripe’s ML Foundations and Gen AI team. In this role, you will lead the development and scaling of innovative machine learning and artificial intelligence applications across Stripe’s diverse product suite. Your focus will be on defining strategic roadmaps, incubating new AI-driven solutions, and enhancing our core AI infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with product teams, engineering, and leadership to deliver impactful AI products that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence Stripe’s AI strategy at a company-wide level, working at the forefront of technological advancement in financial services.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering successful, innovative software products powered by machine learning
• Strong understanding of ML and applied AI technology stacks
• Proven ability to influence company strategy and collaborate with business leaders
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data
• Deep empathy for user experience, with a passion for building products that inspire trust and delight
• Experience working on both first-party (1P) and third-party (3P) products
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex strategies to stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and in-office work

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Stripe-wide strategy for new ML/AI applications across all product lines
• Identify and prioritize areas for investment in ML/AI, collaborating with product leaders to align on goals
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute on the product roadmap, ensuring successful launch and adoption of AI solutions
• Communicate effectively with executive leadership and stakeholders to drive alignment and support for AI initiatives
• Advance Stripe’s ML/AI infrastructure, tooling, and platform capabilities to enable scalable AI deployment
• Foster innovation in AI technologies, including large language models and agentic capabilities, to enhance product functionalities
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI applications, ensuring continuous improvement and quality assurance
• Support teams across Stripe in integrating AI solutions into their workflows and products
