About The Role: Product Manager AI/ML

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Product Manager AI/ML to join our team as a Product Builder for our Core Intelligence initiatives. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and deploying next-generation intelligence agents that form the foundation of self-driving networks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and network subject matter experts, to build comprehensive AI/ML stacks—from platform and pipelines to models, agents, and user-facing applications. This is a mid-level, builder-oriented position ideal for individuals who possess a strong product sense, technical proficiency in AI tools, and an aptitude for developing agentic systems capable of reasoning, acting, evaluating, and improving autonomously. Your contributions will have organization-wide and customer-facing impacts, transforming how networks are monitored, diagnosed, and optimized.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or hybrid product/technical roles
• 2+ years of experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions, agents, or intelligence capabilities
• Proven track record of shipping AI/ML features or agents to production environments
• Proficiency in rapid prototyping using AI tools (e.g., vibe coding, Copilot, Windsurf)
• Experience with AI/ML models, anomaly detection, predictive systems, or autonomous workflows
• Ability to read/write lightweight code or scripts in Python, leveraging AI assistance for prototyping
• Strong product instincts with the ability to simplify complex technical domains and prioritize effectively
• Familiarity with LLM orchestration, retrieval pipelines, vector stores, guardrails, and cost/latency trade-offs
• Experience working with telemetry, logs, and event streams to identify automation opportunities
• Excellent asynchronous communication skills for remote collaboration
• Understanding of agentic patterns (preferred)
• Experience in networking and/or security (preferred but not required)
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous, zero-to-one environments

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams and network SMEs to define and develop AI/ML-powered agents aimed at enhancing network reliability, performance, and operational efficiency
• Manage the entire lifecycle of intelligence capabilities—from discovery, scoping, prototyping, and development to deployment and iterative improvement
• Utilize AI tools such as LLMs, copilots, and vibe coding to prototype agent behaviors, automations, evaluators, reasoning flows, and user interactions
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement agentic systems capable of multi-step reasoning, autonomous actions, validation, and learning from telemetry data
• Translate raw telemetry, logs, observed patterns, and signals into actionable models, insights, and agent behaviors
• Define policies, triggers, safety boundaries, and success metrics for AI agents
• Establish clear product and outcome definitions, including evaluation frameworks to measure performance
• Work with design teams to create trustworthy, explainable AI/ML experiences, especially for diagnostics and decision support
• Partner with AI/ML engineers to optimize model performance, latency, cost, and data quality
• Implement feedback loops and evaluation systems to facilitate continuous improvement of AI agents
• Ensure all intelligence features comply with enterprise-grade safety, privacy, responsible AI, and operational standards
• Operate with urgency to simplify complexity, unblock teams, and deliver tangible value rapidly
