About The Role: Product Manager, AI/ML

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Product Manager, AI/ML product development specialist to join our team as a Product Builder for AI/ML solutions within the Core Intelligence division. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of self-driving networks by designing and delivering next-generation intelligence agents. You will be instrumental in building the entire AI/ML stack—from platform and pipelines to models, agents, and user-facing applications—impacting how networks are monitored, diagnosed, and optimized across the organization. The ideal candidate is a hands-on builder with a strong product sense, capable of leveraging AI tools for rapid prototyping, and experienced in developing agentic systems that reason, act, evaluate, and improve over time. Qualifications

• Proven experience building and shipping AI/ML features or agents, including LLMs, anomaly detection, predictive systems, or autonomous workflows.
• Minimum of 5+ years in product management or hybrid technical/PM roles.
• At least 2+ years of experience in end-to-end AI/ML solution development and deployment.
• Strong proficiency in rapid prototyping using AI tools such as vibe coding (Replit, Copilot, Windsurf), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), evaluation frameworks, and agent orchestration.
• Ability to read/write lightweight code or scripts in Python, with AI assistance to accelerate development cycles.
• Excellent product instincts, with the ability to simplify complex technical domains, prioritize effectively, and define clear user value.
• Knowledge of LLM orchestration, retrieval pipelines, vector stores, guardrails, and trade-offs related to cost and latency.
• Experience working with telemetry, logs, and event streams to identify automation opportunities.
• Strong asynchronous communication skills, suitable for a remote-first environment.
• Familiarity with networking and security concepts is a plus but not mandatory.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous, zero-to-one environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and network SMEs to define and develop AI/ML-powered agents aimed at improving network reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.
• Own the complete lifecycle of intelligence capabilities—from discovery, scoping, prototyping, and development to launch and ongoing iteration.
• Utilize AI tools such as LLMs, copilots, and vibe coding to prototype agent behaviors, automations, reasoning flows, and user experience interactions.
• Work alongside engineering teams to design and deploy agentic systems capable of multi-step reasoning, autonomous actions, outcome validation, and telemetry-based learning.
• Translate raw telemetry data, logs, observed patterns, and signals into actionable models, insights, and agent behaviors.
• Define agent policies, triggers, safety boundaries, and success metrics to ensure reliability and safety of AI/ML features.
• Communicate clear product and outcome definitions to engineering teams, establishing evaluation frameworks to measure success.
• Partner with design teams to create trustworthy, explainable AI/ML experiences, especially for diagnostics, troubleshooting, and decision support tools.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to optimize model performance, latency, operational cost, data quality, and accuracy of decision-making.
• Build feedback loops and evaluation systems to continually enhance agent capabilities over time.
• Ensure all AI/ML features comply with enterprise safety, privacy, responsible AI practices, and operational constraints.
• Operate with urgency, simplifying complexities, removing blockers, and delivering tangible value quickly.
